We at Pitney Bowes are committed to continually improving your customers’ international shopping experience. That’s why we’re excited to announce the full rollout of our new and improved Envoy hosted checkout!

After three months of successful A/B testing and optimization enhancements, we have now migrated all Envoy checkouts to the new version as of the end of February 2018.

What the new Envoy means for you and your customers
This new and improved Envoy checkout supports all of the same features and functionality of the previous Envoy version, now with the following additional enhancements:

Mobile-first Mobile-first design
We strategically used a mobile-first, responsive design, which means the checkout form now adapts and displays according to the consumer’s screen size (e.g., mobile, tablet, desktop).
Mobile payments Mobile payments made easy
If consumers use their mobile device to check out, they can now use their camera to scan their credit card and auto-populate their payment information.
Modern design Sleek and modern design
The new Envoy has been completely redesigned with a more clean, simple layout, color palette, and checkout flow—presenting a more consistent shopping experience.
Address autocomplete Smart address suggestion
The new Envoy now includes support for address suggestion and autocomplete, which presents the consumer with address suggestions as they begin to enter their information—saving international customers time and helping to prevent errors and cart abandonment at checkout.
