A status page has been created to keep you informed of any maintenance or downtime for shipping APIs and tracking systems.
You can sign up to receive notifications when an incident is created, updated or resolved by following these 4 steps.
01. Visit this page.
02. Click “Subscribe To Updates” on the upper right portion of the screen. Then select the icon related to the way you would like to be notified. The options are email, text, webhook notifications, atom or RSS feed.
03. Input your contact information. Then select the relevant product and service notification types. Below are the options:
04. An email or SMS confirmation will be sent to you after subscribing. Follow the instructions in the message to confirm your subscription.
